How to create a multi-paged form ?

Page breaks is a feature that allows multi-paged forms. Note that the submission does not occur until final page is hit and the submission button is pressed.

Each page break will add a customizable continue/back button to navigate to the next or previous page. If a page break is added after the “submit” button, the “continue” button will replace the “submit” button itself when the form is generated.

You can easily create a multi-paged form inserting the "page break" field right after the content you want on each page.
