This documentation guides you through using the field type "Score selon les réponses" (Score based on answers) within your Webmecanik Automation forms. This feature enables you to dynamically assign points based on user selections (Lists, radio buttons, and checkboxes) and map the cumulative score directly to the contact's profile.
The score can be entered in the contact records, in the “Points” field or in a custom field of the “Number” type.
🛠️ Prerequisites
Before beginning, ensure you have configured the following:
A custom field of type "Number" at the contact profile level (e.g.,

🎯 Key Use Cases & Best Practices
Instant Lead Qualification (Direct Lead Scoring): Seamlessly evaluate prospect fit and sales readiness (e.g., budget size, project timeline) immediately upon form submission.
Quizzes and Assessments: Build tests, evaluations, or grading forms. The resulting total score can be targeted via automated campaigns to trigger tailored email tracks based on their performance bracket.
Cumulative Point Logic: If a user selects multiple options within a checkbox group, the system automatically sums up the points assigned to each checked box.
