How to display form submissions of each forms ?

You would like to have reporting on your form submissions ?

• To do so, go to "Reports" section and create a new report.
• As data type, take "Form submissions".

• Go to the "data" tab and add these columns.

• Then group by "ID".

• And add the function "COUNT" on the ID column. This will allow to display number of form submissions.

• Save and close.

Here below what the report looks like.

If data are missing, it is probably due to the date filter. Per default, reports always display data from the last 30 days. So you should filter this range date by clicking on the filters button.

At the end of the report, the total form submissions (of all forms) is also displayed.
