The actions timeline centralizes the entire interaction history with your contacts and opportunities. To save you time and prevent you from scrolling through your entire history, powerful filters are available to help you target precisely what you are looking for.
Here is how to use the filters located at the top of your actions timeline.
1. Filter by activity types (Commercial activities)
The first dropdown menu, dedicated to commercial activities, allows you to isolate specific types of interactions created by your team.
How to use it: Click on the button, then check or uncheck the boxes according to your needs (for example: display only calls, appointments, or custom activity types).
Tip: You can use the search bar inside the menu to quickly find an activity type if your list is long. The Show all checkbox allows you to select or deselect everything in a single click.
2. Filter by Marketing events
The second dropdown menu, dedicated to marketing activities, focuses on automated and behavioral actions synchronized with your marketing automation tools.
How to use it: Click on the button to filter interactions coming from your campaigns (for example: Email sent, Email opened, Email replied).
Check the items you want to see displayed chronologically in the actions timeline.
3. Filter by date range (Period)
The third button allows you to define the time depth of your search. By default, it displays the complete history.
Available options:
Since the beginning
3 months
6 months
12 months
Over a period (Custom period): Selecting this option opens a calendar, allowing you to manually set a start date and an end date.
4. Keyword search
In addition to these three filters, you have a Magnifying glass (Search) icon right next to the actions timeline title.
Utility: It allows you to type a specific keyword to instantly find a precise exchange in just a few seconds, without having to scroll through your entire history.
