Email archiving is a feature that adds the emails you send to your contact to their action thread. Attachments are also included in emails, enabling you to easily find all the documents associated with your contact.
How do I set up email archiving?
- Go to your Configuration.
- Click on the Email archiving tab.
- Copy the email address provided in your software.
- Write or reply to an email from one of your contacts.
- Paste the email address in CCI.
- Send your message.
- After a short delay, you'll find the sent email on your contact's record! 🚀
Why can't I find the sent email on the contact form?
- Check that you sent your message from the email address in your Pipeline account.
- Check that the email address was in CCI.
Disable automatic contact creation
In your Email archiving tab, you can deactivate the automatic creation of contacts when they don't exist in the database.
