The analytics module of Webmecanik Pipeline is designed to offer full visibility into your sales performance while adapting to your specific needs. Thanks to an intuitive interface, you can customize your dashboard to keep only the most relevant indicators for your business.
Customizing your dashboard
Do you want to streamline your view or highlight specific data? Managing your dashboard can be done in just a few clicks:
- Go to the statistics tab.
- Click on the "Manage my dashboard" button located on your interface.
- A pop-up window will open, presenting all available statistics.
- Use the options to hide or show the desired indicators.
- Click "Save" to apply your changes and update your dashboard.
Modularity of indicators: Display and formatting
Each statistics block has its own customization options to optimize your workspace. By clicking on the menu (the three vertical dots) located at the top right of each widget, you can access several features:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Half-width | Allows you to adjust the block to optimize the layout of your dashboard by taking up less horizontal space. |
| Full width / Full screen | If the block is in half-width, this option allows you to switch it to full width for a more detailed analysis. |
| Hide | Temporarily removes the widget from your main dashboard. |
Exporting your data
For your external reporting needs or to perform in-depth analyses in third-party tools, some widgets offer an export option. When this option is available in the widget menu, you can download the corresponding data in CSV format.
Tip: Don't hesitate to filter your data (by period, owner, etc.) before exporting to extract only the information you need.
