How do I set up sales objectives?
- Go to the Objectives tab.
- In this tab, you have several tables:
Monthly/Annual Objectives: allows you to see the % of progress.
Monthly objective reports: compare objectives with sales achieved
Performance by user: a breakdown of performance by CRM user. - Click on Create Goals.
- Select the user concerned.
- Fill in the amounts in their schedule.
- Click on Validate.
- Your user's objectives have now been taken into account! 🚀
How do I export my objectives?
In the Performance by User table, you'll find an export button. Note that the export is a CSV in international format separated by commas.
