How do I set up a “Return Path” for my email domain?

The Return Path (also known as the bounce address or envelope sender) is the technical address used to receive "bounces" (undelivered emails) when a sent message fails to reach its recipient.

How to configure the "Return Path" in the MyWebmecanik portal

1. Navigate to your Webmecanik Automation account settings.

2. Select the relevant email domain.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the value in the "Return Path Host" field.

4. Create a CNAME record in your DNS zone pointing to this value.

Result: Once this step is completed, your emails will be 100% white-labeled, from the visible sender name down to the technical roots of the mailing infrastructure.
