How do I report on contact segments?

Your segments enable you to group contacts from your database according to specific criteria (filters or manual addition). In Webmecanik Automation, you can create a report listing the contacts in a segment.

How do I create a contact report?

• Go to the Reports tab
• Click on New
• In the Source data field, select Segment membership
  
  
• Specify the columns for your report
• Add a filter Segment and select your segment
  
• Once you've applied your filters, click on Save and Close
• Your report is created! 🚀

Why isn't the contact I'm looking for in the report?

As with a report on Contacts as data sources, the date on which the contact entered the segment must be taken into account. If your contact entered the segment on January 11, 2024, this date must be entered in the report date range.
