After sending your campaigns, analyzing their performance is essential to measure audience engagement. Custom reports allow you to track all your key metrics in one place, including open rates, click rates, unsubscribe rates, and bounce rates.
βοΈ 1. Initial Setup (Details Tab)
- Navigate to the Reports section in the left sidebar and click New.
- In the Details tab, enter a clear Name for your report and add an optional description.
- Under the Data Source dropdown, make sure to select Emails.
- Configure the visibility toggles on the right panel according to your needs (visible to all users or restricted to your account).
π 2. Selecting Your Metrics (Data Tab)
- Click the Data tab to structure your report.
- In the Columns area on the left, click each metric you want to display so it moves into the active column on the right.
- For a comprehensive performance report, we recommend adding:
- ID: to easily identify each email.
- Volume metrics: Open count (or Read count), Clicks, and Unique clicks.
- Performance ratios: Open rate and Click rate.
- Deliverability: Bounce rate and Unsubscribe rate.
- Click Save & Close in the top-right corner.
π 3. Adjusting the Date Filter (Crucial Step)
π‘ Important reminder:
When viewing your report, email statistics will only appear if the email's send date falls within the date range selected at the top of the table.
- By default, the pre-set date range may exclude older or very recent email sends.
- Be sure to widen the date filter (the From and To fields) to include the exact send date of the email you want to analyze.
- Click Save next to the date fields to apply the filter and refresh the table.
If an email is missing or displays zeroed-out metrics, always check that its actual send date is fully included within your selected date interval.
