Your contacts have the option to unsubscribe from your communications, either through the full unsubscribe link or through your preference center. It may happen that one of your former contacts wishes to re-subscribe to your communications.
Register by campaign
The first way to re-subscribe a contact with a Do Not Contact tag is through a campaign.
- Open your campaign manager;
- Select your segment where your contacts to be re-enrolled are located;
- Select Remove do not contact action;
Re-registration by form
The second way to remove the "do not contact" tag from one of your contacts is through a form action.
- Open your form editor;
- In the Actions tab, select Remove from do not contact list;
