Activities in Webmecanik Pipeline help you to have a global overview of the activity of your contacts and opportunities. It is also the perfect way to log all the information about your prospect/customer relationship.
Thanks to this and at anytime, you can share your contacts and opportunities history with your collaborators.
Activities types
You can log different types of activities:
- Phone call
- You can chose the date and time of this call as phone call length.
- You'll also be able to mention if this is an incoming or outcoming call.
- You can describe what is important to remember of this event.
- Appointment
- You can chose the date and time of this appointment as meeting length.
- You can describe what is important to remember of this event.
- Email
- You can chose the date and time of this email.
- You'll also be able to mention if this is an incoming or outcoming email.
- You can describe what is important to remember of this event.

Create an activity
You can schedule or log an activity from several places in the application:
- From the contact page
- From the opportunity page
From a contact or an opportunity page, it is very simple:
- Go on the page you want to log an activity.
- On top right of your screen, select the type of activity you want to add.
- Fulfil the content of the activity.
- If you fulfil the activity from a contact page, you will have the ability to select to which opportunity that might belong to. In this case the activity will be visible from the contact and the activity page.
- Click Add to finish.
Edit or delete an activity
You might want to edit or delete an activity. To do so:
- Reach the contact or opportunity page where your activity is.
- Drag your mouse over the targeted activity.
- Click the the icon depending on your need (pencil to edit, bin to delete).
Warning, this operation has no backup and the data you will erase will be lost.
