The activity reminder is a feature that allows you to receive an email before an activity with your contacts is due to take place.
How do I set up the reminder email notification?
- Go to the Contacts tab
- Select your contact.
- In the right-hand column, create your activity and set a date in the future. This is very important, as it's what unlocks your activity reminder.
- Click on the drop-down list and select when you wish to receive the email notification in relation to the activity deadline.
- Once selected, click Add to create your activity! 🚀
