Note: this integration is only available for users with Webmecanik Pipeline PRO or ENTERPRISE plan.
Overview of the Webmecanik Pipeline integration
Synchronize your Webmecanik Pipeline and Webmecanik Automation data without manual action and import. With data synchronization via Webmecanik Automation, you benefit from the following advantages:

Plugin configuration
Authentication
- Access your Webmecanik Pipeline interface to create an API key.
- Create an API key in Configuration > API Key > Add API Key. Name it "Webmecanik Automation" for example.
- Set the Callback URL to the URL available in the Webmecanik Pipeline plugin of your Webmecanik Automation account (you will have a different value of sup-wmk.automation.webmecanik.com, use the right one).
- Copy the Client ID and Client Secret from the Webmecanik Pipeline application that will be displayed. Note the secret which will only be visible once.
- Open the Webmecanik Pipeline plugin from your Webmecanik Automation account. Paste the Client ID and the Client Secret of Webmecanik Pipeline and set the access URL to your Webmecanik Pipeline account (usually https://pipeline.webmecanik.com).
- Save a first time, then click on Authorize the application.

If you wish to use the automated full synchronisation feature, send a message to support@webmecanik.com requesting activation of this mechanism.
- Synchronize objects between Webmecanik Automation and this integration: enables automatic or targeted synchronization.
⚠️ Still needs to make a request to Webmecanik support to activate the automated processing tasks if you want the automated exchange. - Synchronize owner: You can activate the synchronization of the owners of your contacts and companies.
⚠️ You must have users (who are owners) created in both applications with the same email address to use this feature. - Reciprocal deletion of data: By activating this feature, each time a contact is deleted in Webmecanik Automation or Webmecanik Pipeline, the deletion will be effective in the other application (after a short delay).
⚠️ Be extremely careful when using this feature.
Note: In case of automatic synchronization (without going through the actions of campaigns, forms, points), it is possible to activate the synchronization only in one direction (Webmecanik Pipeline to Webmecanik Automation or the other way around). In this case, please specify it in your support request.
Once synchronization has been set up, all contacts created in the last 40 minutes will be synchronized. This behavior is not retroactive to the entire existing database.
Mapping tab
Match the contact and company fields according to your matching expectations. Make sure you correctly respect the typology and constraints of each field (select, number, etc.).
Troubleshooting
Can the first synchronisation cover past data?
Yes, ask support when you request the activation of the plugin for automated synchronisation.
Make sure you have fields in the same format between the 2 apps
In a number field, you can only send numbers
In a select field (drop down list of values) you must match another list with the same strict values
Contact not synchronised?
- Check in the plugin features tab to have checked the right features.
- Check that your authentication is still functional by re-entering the login details.
- If the user who authenticated the plugin has been deleted or his rights have been revoked, the integration will no longer be allowed because it uses the rights of this user.
Owner synchronisation not working
Make sure that the owner who is not correctly synchronised exists as a user in both applications with the same email address. If the user does not exist in Webmecanik Automation for example, it cannot be assigned as owner.
Contact not deleted
When you delete a contact in Webmecanik Automation or Webmecanik Pipeline, it can take several minutes before it is applied in the other application.
