It’s useful to link a Marketing Automation software with your CRM. You can increaseand qualify your leads with marketing automation and follow you clients with your CRM.
So commercial will have access to the full history of your contacts to tailor a better offer for them. You will save time and be more efficient this way.
- A Hubspot CRM account
Get authentication information from Hubspot CRM account
- To configure the plugin, you need to create a Hubspot CRM account.
- Once your account is open, create a private app to get a credential by following the Hubspot documentation.
You need to give to your private app the adapted rights for Webmecanik to handle contacts, companies, etc.
Set up Hubspot CRM plugin
Enter the API key you just create on the Hubspot Account.
Don’t forget to publish the plugin to activate it.
Push lead to this integration
Allows you to send contacts to Hubspot CRM from Webmecanik Automation automatically (for contacts created or update the last 120 minutes)
Pull contacts and/or companies from integration
Send the contact and/or companies from Hubspot CRM to Webmecanik Automation automatically
Features Specific Settings
- Choose which objects you want to synchronize between Hubspot CRM and Webmecanik Automation.
You can choose what you need to synchronize between the two softwares, simply uncheck the box if you don’t need one of it.
Mapping contacts and companies fields
WARNING !: Always backup your data before enabled a synchronization, so you can restore them in case of a bad manipulation.
To do the mapping you have to match Hubspot CRM fields with Webmecanik Automation ones.
Note that in lot of cases you will have to create custom fields in Webmecanik Automation so they can match fields in Hubspot.

The two arrows between the fields is used to set the priority between Hubspot and Automation. If you select the arrow on Webmecanik Automation side (Right pointed arrow), you give Hubspot the priority.
The priority defines which system (Hubspot or Webmecanik Automation) can modify the field of the other software or not. If Hubspot got the priority, an update field in Hubspot will be modified in Webmecanik Automation. On the contrary, an update field in Webmecanik Automation will not change anything in Hubspot if the field was not empty.
Remember to test the synchronisation before make it live as data can be erased or modified in the process. The best solution is to use a sandbox of you CRM or at least some test contacts.
