Viewing a Contact’s Segments
Sometimes it is useful to quickly see which segments a contact belongs to in Webmecanik Automation—for example, to identify which campaigns they are in or to verify they have successfully entered a specific segment.
How to quickly check a contact's segments:
Go to the Contact’s profile.
Click on the small arrow in the top right corner.
Select Preferences.
Navigate to the Segments tab within the preferences window to see all segments the contact belongs to.
Note: You can manually add or remove a contact from segments directly within this window.
Contact Profile Overview
In the contact profile, a distinction is made between filter-based segments (dynamic) and manual segments.
