What are the options to execute an action ?

Actions in campaigns can be executed at different time.

There are 3 options:

• immediately: action is executed as soon as contacts get to the action

• at a relative time period: is calculated in days. Action is executed in + X days when contacts get to the action. Here you can finely tune when the action trigger with different parameters, see how in this article.

• at a specific date/time: action takes place from this date and time. If contacts get to the campaign after this date and time, action will be executed immediately for them.
