How to use Network relations for companies?

Webmecanik Pipeline allows you to create relationships between your companies in the CRM. Please note that only users with the ability to modify company records are allowed to use this feature.

How to add a relationship between two companies?

1. Go to the Company tab.
2. Select the company you want to integrate into your network of relationships.
3. Click on Add.
   
   
4. Select the type of relationship to establish.
   
5. Choose the relevant company.
6. Click on Confirm.
7. Your relationship has been created! 🚀

What types of relationships are available?

Different types of relationships enable you to establish a hierarchy within your network of relationships. Please note that these relationships are reciprocal between the companies.

• Is linked to
• Has for member
• Is member of
• Has for customer
• Is a customer of
• Has for subsidiary
• Is a subsidiary of
• Provided by
• Has provided

Example: If one of your Company A is a customer of your Company B, it will be noted as a customer of Company A.
