Automation is an innovative solution accessible to all. If you want to give access to a new user in your company, you need to add him/her in the Webmecanik Portal. Please note that only users with the administrator role can grant access to the software.
In your instance settings, you can add a new user directly, for example if an employee needs to work on Automation.
- On the portal, click on the Add User icon in the top right corner.
- In the module, enter the last name, first name, email address, role in the portal, as well as their access to the various software and their roles.
- Then click on Send Invitation.
- Your new user will then be able to accept your invitation and log in to the various software! 🚀
