Automation is an innovative solution accessible to all. If you want to give access to a new user in your company, you need to add him/her in the Webmecanik Portal. Please note that only users with the administrator role can grant access to the software.
In your instance settings, you can add a new user directly, for example if an employee needs to work on Automation.
In your instance settings, go to the "user" tab and then "invite users".
Once invited, you have to give access to the software to this new user. You will then have to go to the user's software access manager. To get there, click on the small cube at the bottom right, at the level of your users.
Once on this page, you can then activate the access to Automation for your new user in the "Software Access" tab.
Check the software you want to use and you're done! 🚀
