How to use contact owner tokens in an email?

In the content of an email, it is possible to dynamically add contact owner’s information. This is useful if you need to address this email on behalf of a collaborator.

Here is the list of the owner information that can be used in the body or the subject of the email:

• {ownerfield=firstname}: the first name of the contact owner
• {ownerfield=lastname}: the last name of the contact owner
• {ownerfield=email}: the email address of the contact owner
• {ownerfield=position}: the role of the contact owner
• {ownerfield=signature}: the signature of the contact owner

You can insert variables in a Text type block from the Variables drop-down in the WYSIWYG menu.

It is also possible to integrate tokens in a Code type block or in an email in code mode.
