How to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) for my emails 🤖

AI (Artificial Intelligence) is omnipresent in the digital landscape. It relies on several types of technology to simplify or automate various tasks. In Webmecanik Automation, we've developed several tools, using AI, to help you set up your marketing content.

How can I use AI to optimize the time of day I send my email?

An AI has been developed in-house to optimize the time at which an email is sent to each contact. It analyzes your contacts' data and determines at what time each contact is most likely to open your email. If the contact is recent, it will use data from the contact database.

1. Create a segment email.
2. Choose your email subject (with AI or not), your segment etc.
3. Once your email is ready, click on Save and Close.
4. Click on Schedule.
5. In this window, you'll need to choose a start date and time. This will be the starting point for AI.
6. Once done, check the option Let AI choose the best time to send within the next 24 hours 🪄
   
   
7. Click on Schedule.
8. Your email will start being sent on the date indicated, and the AI will then send your marketing email at the best time for each contact, independently! 🚀

How can I use AI to generate my email object?

Content creation is a specialty of LLM (Large Language Models) generative AI. They save time by generating text or image content, which can then be worked on by the marketing team.

1. Go to the Emails tab.
2. Create your segment or campaign email.
3. Create your content. It's important to validate your content in the email builder to give the AI something to work with.
4. Click on the option Suggest Subject with AI 🪄
   
   
5. On this window, choose the various parameters you wish to take into account when generating the object.
   
6. Click on Generate.
   Note that the language used for object generation will depend on the language selected in your email.
7. The AI suggests 3 objects. You can restart a generation using the regeneration button at the end of the line.
   Note that you can always return to the previous page to modify your parameters using the Back button.
8. Once you're satisfied, select your object and click on Use Selected Object.
   
9. Your subject has now been automatically placed in the corresponding field, so all that's left to do is schedule your email to be sent, with or without AI! 😉
