Opportunities help you to develop and follow your business activities. You can display them under the opportunities pipeline.
Opportunities creation
Opportunities can be created from different sources:
- Manual creation from the UI
- API creation (coming very soon)
Add/create opportunities from UI
You must have the permission to create opportunity. More information about user rights in this article.
- Click the Pipeline menu, it will display your opportunities list in your sales pipeline.
- Click the top right Add opportunity button, it will open the opportunity creation side bar.
- Fulfil the the information and click on bottom right Validate button.
During the opportunity creation, you will have to fulfil native and custom fields data depending on the configuration you will have done about the opportunity page edition.
Some fields might be mandatory, you will have to add a value in this field to be able to finalise the contact creation.
Add/create opportunities from contact page
When you display a contact page, you have the ability to create an opportunity to assign it directly to the current contact (in the case you have been creating the contact before the opportunity).
- Go to a contact page.
- In the contact attributes, reach opportunities zone.
- Click Add.
- Fulfil the the information and click on bottom right Validate button.
