How to change email signature in my Webmecanik Automation instance ?

In Webmecanik Automation you can personalize the email signature sent from the software. 

There are two ways to display a signature in an email: 

• Use the default signature to display the same signature in any email.
• Use the email owner signature to display the email owner signature of each email. 

Customization of the default signature : 

If you want to use a “global” signature, you can customize it in the Configuration menu. Under the “Email Settings” menu and then “Message Settings” section.

Here, use the field default email signature on the right to customize the signature for all emails. 

The token | FROM_NAME | refers to the name chosen for the email sending in the “Sending emails settings’ menu.

Customisation of owner signature: 

First, to use owner signature you must activate the option in the “Mail send settings” menu (still in the email settings menu of the configuration panel):

WARNING : Activating this option will replace the send email of all emails by the owner one. (So all your owner emails have to be of the same email domain as the mail sending email. If not, emails will not be sent).

Once this option is activated you have to configure the signature of each owner. Owners are the Users of your Webmecanik Automation instance.

Go in the Users menu :

Here, edit the user you want to customize the signature : 

Modify the signature and save the user. 

Note that signature field accepts HTML code. You can add an image to the signature this way if you like. 

To insert an image, use this format of HTML code, juste replace the link by the image one :

Tu use signature in your email, add the {signature} token in your emails to get the default signature or the owner one.

You will get a custom signature matching your needs.
