How do I save a section for my emails and landing pages?

Have you created the perfect layout (text, image, button) and want to reuse it in your future emails without starting from scratch? The Webmecanik email builder allows you to save entire sections in just a few clicks.

Step 1: Select the section to save

In the email editor, hover over the area you wish to save. A blue border will appear to outline the Section. In the blue toolbar that appears at the top left of this block:

• Click the Floppy Disk icon (Save).

Step 2: Name your custom element

A pop-up window titled Save section will open:

• In the Nom (Name) field, enter a clear title (e.g., "Guide Download Block").

• Click the blue Save button.

Step 3: Find and reuse your sections

Once saved, your section becomes a "Custom Element." To use it again (in the same email or a different one):

1. Go to the left-hand menu of the builder.

2. Navigate to the Structure tab or scroll down to the Custom elements category.

3. Under the SECTIONS part, you will find your saved block.

4. Simply drag and drop this element into your email body.

Expert Tip: Saved sections retain all your settings: background colors, padding, and even the links on your buttons. This is the best way to maintain visual consistency across all your campaigns!
