When creating campaigns, it may be important to relaunch emails to improve the open rate and get more contacts to follow your scenario.
When a decision is added following an action, 2 different ways can be chosen:
- the positive branch (green)
- the negative branch (orange)
If you plan to relaunch emails because contacts did not open the first one, it is important to add a notion of time (for example within 4 days). Otherwise contacts that not open email immediatly after sending it will take the negative branch.
