⚡ Search everywhere from a single search bar

No more navigating between different lists! With the global search bar, you can find the information you need directly from a single place.

A single search gives you instant access to your companies, contacts, and activities related to your keyword. For example, simply by typing a name in the bar, the system will neatly display the corresponding company record, the exact contact, as well as all related activities (calls, emails, etc.).

🔎 Leverage the full power of your custom fields

You can go even further and now search your contacts, companies, and opportunities directly using data from your specific fields. If you use a tax ID, a customer code, or any other business identifier in your custom fields, you can pull it up directly from the search bar.

⚙️ How to activate this feature?

Making a field searchable is quick and easy to configure. Simply enable the dedicated option on the fields you want to make searchable from your settings:

Go to your tool's settings, then click on the Custom fields menu on the left.
Edit the desired field or create a new one (for example, a "Single line text" field type).
Enable the Include field in search toggle located in the field's settings.
Click the blue Update button to save your changes.
