The Webmecanik Pipeline application is accessible directly from your Zapier search bar.
How do I set up the Pipeline app in my Zapier account?
- Create a new Zap.
- Select the application.
- Select your trigger.
- Log in to your Pipeline account.
- Authorize Pipeline to communicate with Zapier.
- The app is ready!
Available triggers
- Create a new contact
- Create a new company
- Create a new opportunity
- Create a new activity
- Update a contact
- Update a company
- Update an opportunity
Mapping contact/company fields
- Once your Pipeline application is connected.
- Select the second application, the one that will be fed by your triggers. For this example, we will choose to create a new row in a Google Spreadsheet.
- Select the relevant Spreadsheet and worksheet.
- You can then start your mapping. Your Spreadsheet fields are in the right-hand column.
- Click on the + to the right of the field.
- The Pipeline fields appear in the modal.
- Select the fields in Pipeline that you want to send to your Spreadsheet.
- We encourage you to use the search bar and type in the name of your Pipeline field to avoid mistakes.
- Once the mapping is complete, all you have to do is test your trigger.
- Your contact is sent to the Spreadsheet, all you have to do is publish your Zap! 🚀
