You can synchronize contacts and companies from your Divalto Weavy CRM with Webmecanik Automation
This synchronization uses the native Weavy plugin in Automation.
Before enabling this sync, a reflexion phase on the field you want to synchronize is mandatory. All data in a CRM are not necessarily useful in a marketing automation software. They can even have a meaningful impact on your sales and marketing organisation. The goal is to simplify your lead and clients management, not to complicate it !
To well prepare this synchronization and achieve it in the best conditions, we invite you to contact your Account Manager that will provide you with best solutions to make the synchronization configured to match your needs.
Now that you know which field will be synchronized, when and in which direction, you can start the configuration.

You start by creating custom fields in Automation that match with those in your Divalto Weavy CRM
Each field type must be the same in both Automation and Divalto Weavy CRM, so a “Date” field type in Weavy Must be a Date field in Automation.

Once custom fields have been created, setup of the plugin itself can start.
Plugin configuration :
Fill the required informations before activating the Divalto Weavy plugin
- Project code => Company name to connect to Divalto Weavy
- UserName => Login Divalto Weavy
- Password => Password Divalto Weavy
Weavy allow to synchronize contacts, marketing contacts and companies with automated task (cron). This cron will synchronize recently updated contacts between the two softwares.
Synchronisation of a new contact in Weavy from Automation :
In this case, the contact will be created as a “Marketing contact” in Weavy (also known as leads)
The debug mode allows developers to identify errors in synchronisation. Do not modify this parameter.
Fields Mapping :
Once the plugin is activated you can map the fields for each entity you want to synchronize.
Fields with an asterisk are mandatory fields.
You can search a field using the search bar in the plugin
You can also choose the direction of the synchronization between Weavy and Automation.
The fields are synchronized in the two directions by default.
Specific to Weavy :
Select and Multi-select fields are synchronisable.
To create a list field in Weavy, give specific values to a “Varchar” type field.
A contact in Divalto Weavy always has a linked company.
