Contact replies require that you have access to an IMAP mail server other than Google or Yahoo (they rewrite the return address, which blocks this feature).
Configure your mailboxes used in Webmecanik Automation (sender and reply) so that they send a copy to a single inbox (most email providers allow this function via their configuration).
Note that the ideal is to create an email address specifically dedicated to this feature
Go to the Automation control panel (vial the cogwheel at the top right, then Configuration)
Then go to "Email settings" and finally to the "Contact replies" section.
Activate the function then enter your details to configure it
Write to Webmecanik support so that we can activate the dedicated automatic command on your instance.
The configuration is now complete
Usage
Contact Replies can be used in campaigns as a decision (in green) after an email has been sent. Automation will look to see if it finds a response for this contact, if so the contact will continue the campaign on the positive branch of the decision.
