What are the available decisions ?
Clicks email: trigger actions if contacts clicked in emails. (Only available after the action "send email").
Device visit: based on what device a contact used to visit pages.
Downloads asset: based on asset downloaded.
Opens email: based on emails opened.
Replies to email: based on a contact that replies to an email. A monitored email address has to be set. More information in this article.
Request dynamic content: choose a dynamic content and add a following action that send a dyamic content.
Submits form: based on form submissions.
Visits a page: based on page visits.
It is important to note that a contact must already be part of the campaign in order for it to recognize the decision executed. Therefore, campaigns should never start with a decision unless you are manually managing the contacts assigned to it and the decision is expected to be executed at a later time.
