With Webmecanik Automation, you can use UTM to help you to analyse the trafic on your website. UTM can be added to emails, forms and are recorded into contact's sheet.
UTM can also be used in campaigns as condition to filter contacts. If contacts recorded a certain UTM, then you can build your scenario on this UTM.
How to use UTM tags in campaigns ?
- Connect to your Webmecanik Automation instance, go on the "Campaigns" section and create a new campaign.
- The objective is to filter contacts with a certain UTM. You can place it at the beginning of the campaign or wherever it is useful for your campaign.
- Add the condition "Contact field value".
- Choose your UTM.
Then you can build your scenario on the positive branch (means contacts that recorded this UTM will follow on the positive branch) or on the negative branch (means contacts that did not recorded this UTM will follow on the negative branch).
