Submitting a form can trigger different actions.
- First of all go on the "Component" section then click on "Forms".
- Create or edit a form.
- Go on the "Actions" tab and click to add new action.
- (Actions below are displayed because I chose an standalone form).
Add to company's score: allow to add or remove points to the contact's company.
Adjust contact's points: allow to add or remove points to contacts.
Modify contact's segment: allow to add or remove contacts to segments.
Modify contact's tags: allow to add or remove tags to contacts.
Record UTM tags: allow to record customized UTM tag from contacts.
Remove contact from do not contact list: allow to remove contact that were unsubscribed (set as do not contact) when they submit forms. Then they could receive emails again.
Download an asset: allow to add an asset that will be downloaded after submitting forms.
Post results to another form: allow to transfer form results to another forms.
Push contacts to integration: allow to synchronize contacts to an integration (if it set before in the plugin settings).
Subscribe to Webinar Webikeo: allow to register contact to a webinar if Webikeo is set in the plugin.
Register to Go to webinar: allow to register contacts to a webinar if Go to webinar is set in the plugin.
Send email to contacts: allow to send emails to contacts that submit forms.
Send email to user: allow to send email to user of the instance.
Send form results: allow to send form results to contacts and/or a user and/or other people by adding the email address.
It is possible do add many actions for a same form.
