DEPLOY AN INSTANCE
With myWebmecanik you are 100% autonomous to deploy Webmecanik Automation instances for your clients.
You have two ways to deploy an instance. Directly, when you create a new client, (step 6 products), or for an existing client.
Open an Automation account when adding a new client.
Open a Webmecanik Automation account for your existing clients :
- Go on your Dashboard
- Go on the “Clients” page, then edit the client you want to deploy an instance for.
- Go on the “products” tab
- Here, click on the “+” in the Automation to begin the deployment.
- You can go on the page to create the instance :
Fill the 3 fields :
Sub domain :
Define here, your Webmecanik Automation instance URL, for example if you use “myautomationinstance” the URL will be :
(Avoid space or special characters)
Defaults email address :
Enter the default email address that you want to use to send emails from the instance (for example firstname.lastname@example.org).
The domain name in this address must be configurable (DNS and FTP access). You will be required to configure this domain name to be allowed to use it during emails routing.
NOTE: You can configure multiple domain names on the same Automation account by asking support directly.
Serveur Localization :
You can choose the localization of data hosting in true transparency .
Validate it by clicking on “Create instance”. This will take few minutes to charge, please do not leave the page during deployment.
Once the instance is created you will be redirect to your dashboard where you will see the Webmecanik Automation instance.
Use the redirect link (square icon) to go on the instance without having to log in again.
By default, the instance is created with the myWebmecanik user that created it (same login and password).
You can now configure the instance.
